Friday 18:30 - 10.30pm 

Saturday 16:30 - 20:00pm

Saturday 21:30 open mic at Umberslade. (weather permitting.)

 

Do Performers and Organisers get paid for their services?
No, we see the gathering as a labour of love and do not organise this for money. All money collected from donations goes towards the running of the gathering. It is a non-profit event.
 
Likewise Performers perform purely to pay tribute to Nick Drake because they want to honour his memory and his music with a like-minded crowd and not for money.
 
Do I need tickets or need to book a seat?
No, there are no tickets and booking seats is not necessary! There is no charge for those who wish to attend the events, all events are free however we do accept voluntary donations towards the running of the event if you wish to help support the costs of running the event.

 

How do I get to the event and where can I stay once I arrive?

There are some useful links and also a map on the Accomodation & Travel page on this website and also a list of places you can stay in a hotel, B&B or Camp at the Places to Stay page. If arriving by train the nearest stations to Tanworth-in-Arden are Wood End Station, and Danzey Station. Please bear in mind that Danzey station is a special request stop.

 

I Wish To Perform At The Gathering How can I apply to perform and when should I apply?

The time to apply to play is between December the 1st and end of February. There will be a form available from December 1st, to be found on the application page. Any people applying after this time period will be put on the waitinglist in case of any cancellations.
